Butter Cream Icing

Description
My signature butter cream icing.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Butter
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 2-½ cups Sifted Confectioners Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Mexican Vanilla
- 3-½ Tablespoons Milk
Preparation
Cream butter. Combine salt and sugar, and add a small amount at a time to the creamed mixture, beating all the while. Add vanilla. Add milk if needed to slightly moisten the mixture.
