these are great, make them all the time….some times I add Rice Krispies for a bit of crunch.

Description
You should add these delectable morsels to your holiday cookie repertoire. They are no bake, how easy is that?
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 sticks Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 5 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 2 cups Dipping Chocolate
Preparation
In a mixing bowl fitted with the paddle attachment, combine peanut butter, butter, vanilla and confectioners sugar.
When finished mixing, roll the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
In a double boiler, heat up the dipping chocolate on medium until melted.
Using a toothpick or wooden skewer, dip the balls in the chocolate, leaving a little dot.
Allow to cool on the wax paper until the chocolate has hardened once again.
