Super moist brownie in a pie shell. This is a family favorite and I always get compliments on it.
1. Whip egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, mix butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Cream until smooth.
3. Add egg yolks and the melted chocolate (let the chocolate cool a bit before adding).
4. Add flour and milk. Mix well.
5. Fold in egg whites.
6. Pour in uncooked pie shell.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees. Do not overbake, it will still be “gooey” in the middle. When you first pull it out of the oven, it will seem a bit underdone, but once it cools, it will set up.
