Brown butter and fresh peaches make a heavenly combination!
Remove the skin and pit and slice the peaches into 8 even wedges. Set aside.
In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat and, stirring constantly, let it simmer until it starts to brown. Once it starts to brown quickly add the sugar and peaches, reduce the heat to low, and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring to coat the peaches. Remove from heat immediately and serve over biscuits, ice cream, pancakes/waffles, or whatever else your heart desires!
