Easy, yummy Blueberry Pie.
Prepare your favorite pie crust.
Preheat oven to 425°. Prepare your pie pan with your bottom pie crust.
Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in blueberries. Pour into prepared pie dish. Cut butter into small pieces and evenly spread over berries. Drizzle honey over top. Cover with top pasrty that has slits cut in it and seal and flute. (Or create a decorative design with your top crust.)
Bake 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in the crust. Cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours.
