A delicious and quick hit dessert!
1. Preheat oven to 425F and set out your pie crust on a baking sheet to defrost/soften. When it’s softened, gently press it flat.
2. Gently mix together all of the remaining ingredients (except the optional ones) in a medium bowl.
3. Scoop your mixture into the center of your pie crust, leaving a 1 inch border.
4.Working in a circle, fold the crust in overlapping pieces over the berries (see photo).
5. Brush crust with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crust begins to brown and blueberries bubble.
7. Enjoy!
