This recipe is a great blend of slightly sweet from the brown sugar with a little tang from the blueberries and ginger. Top it with your favorite yogurt, whipped topping or vanilla ice cream!
Spray your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Put the blueberries in the bottom.
In a bowl sift together the flour, brown sugar, ginger and cinnamon. Cut in the softened butter until the mixture is crumbly (coarse crumbles). Place this mixture on top of the blueberries.
Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Serve warm.
