Description

Such a easy dessert. You can make this in five minutes! The cream sauce is so good! I also use it as a layer in cakes and tortes!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Mascarpone Cheese
  • ¼ cups Organic Sugar (Or Agave Nectar)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Meyer Lemon Zest
  • 6  Pre Made Store Bought Shortcakes
  • 1 cup Blackberries

Preparation

Combine the mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla and zest in a small bowl.

Slice each shortcake in half, top each half with a dollop of the sweet cream and a few blackberries.
