A moist, delicious banana bar with a chocolate and peanut-y kick!
For the bars:
Prepare a 13 x 9 pan by lightly spraying it with baking spray and preheat oven to 350 F.
1. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
2. Add vanilla and yogurt.
3. Beat in eggs. Set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking power and baking soda.
5. Add flour mixture to wet mixture.
6. Beat in bananas.
7. Pour half of the batter into a separate bowl.
8. Into half the batter, mix in the cocoa.
9. Pour cocoa batter into pan, then sprinkle chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and walnuts on top.
10. Pour remaining banana batter on top, using a spatula to spread out to the edges of the pan. Bake at 350 F for 35-45 minutes.
For the frosting:
1. In a medium sized bowl, cream together the confectioners’ sugar and softened cream cheese.
2. Add milk.
3. Beat in peanut butter and vanilla.
Frost bars when completely cooled, decorate with mini chocolate chips or anything else to your liking. Enjoy!
