I love cookies. All cookies. Big cookies. Little cookies. Chewy cookies. And give me a bar cookie and I really feel like I am having a treat. Nothing better than your favorite cookie flavors baked in big rectangular pan and cut into whatever size your heart desires.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan by spraying it thoroughly with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine the eggs, softened butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar with a mixer until creamy. Add cocoa powder and mix until it is mixed well. Beat in the salt, baking soda and flour.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and the semi-sweet chocolate chips. The mixture will be thick.
Spoon it into the 9 x 13 inch pan and spread the mixture around until you have it completely and evenly covering the bottom of the pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven and set it on a cooling rack. Let brownies cool completely before cutting into 2 x 2 inch pieces. Serving amounts are roughly based on this size bar.
