Description

S’mores without the mess!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ cups Butter
  • 1 box Betty Crocker Supreme Brownie Mix With Hersheys Syrup Pouch
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ⅓ cups Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cups Water
  • 18 whole Marshmallows

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 Degrees

You will need 3 mini muffin pans (12 cup silicone mini muffin pans are what I use)

Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and the butter until the mixture becomes a crumbly substance.

Set Aside

Mix together the boxed brownie mix with the (2) eggs, vegetable oil, and water.

Set Aside

Spray muffin pans with a nonstick spray

Place 1 TBSP of graham cracker mixture into all of the 36 muffin cups. Press the mixture into the bottom with your fingers or a spoon. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture.

Scoop out 1-2 TBSP of brownie mix on top of the graham cracker. Enough to fill the muffin cups almost to the top.

Bake for around 10-15 minutes. Test them after 10 minutes and add additional time if needed. They should be sightly firm.

While Brownies are cooking, cut the 18 marshmallows so that you have 36 marshmallow halves.

Once the brownies are cooked take them out of the oven and immediately place the marshmallow half on top of the brownies pressing down gently. Then sprinkle the brownies with the reserved graham cracker mixture.

Turn the oven to Broil

Place muffin tins back into the oven under the broiler (4-5 inches away from heat) for 1-2 minutes.

Take out of the oven and cut open then Hershey’s syrup packet that came with the brownie mix. Squeeze syrup onto all of the brownies.

Remove from muffin tins, allow them to cool, and eat!
