Moist cake-type brownie, not gooey. Can be eaten as is or frosted, your choice.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Melt butter; stir in baking cocoa. Cool slightly.
Beat eggs and sugar. Add dry ingredients, then stir in butter/cocoa mix. Stir unti well blended then add nuts.
Bake for 28 minutes.
