Tangy sour cream buttercream frosting that’s not too sweet and a perfect foil for rich chocolate cake but good enough to eat with a spoon and a cinch to come together to boot!
Sift powdered sugar into large mixing bowl. Add butter, sour cream and vanilla and beat until creamy and desired consistency. You may add more powdered sugar to make a stiffer frosting. Try not to eat it out of the bowl.
