A flaky pie pocket filled with a tart and sweet berry combination that will allow you to give into your cravings. One little bite at a time.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Lay out your pie crust on a work surface. Cut out 4-6 rectangles, each measuring about 4″ x 3″. (You may have to re-roll the dough into more of a rectangle, since a pie crust comes in a circle.)
In a bowl, combine fruit, sugars and vanilla. Spoon fruit into the center of half of the rectangles. Place the other rectangles over the top, forming pockets and press edges together with a fork to form a seam.
Melt butter and brush over tops of pie pockets.
Place pie pockets on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until brown and flaky! Serve with whipped cream and indulge.
