Five-ingredient no-bake Berry Burst Oreo Pie. So easy and delicious!
Scrape the filling from each sandwich cookie into a small bowl; set aside.
Place the chocolate cookie parts into a food processor and pulse into crumbs. Stir cookie crumbs with melted butter and press it into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie or tart pan. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the reserved cookie cream and beat until well combined. Stir in the package of whipped topping. Remove pie crust from refrigerator and pour filling evenly into crust. Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, spread the additional amount of whipped topping over the pie. Melt semisweet chocolate chips according to package directions. Drizzle melted chocolate over top of pie. Slice and serve.
