One-ingredient banana ice cream! Healthy and delicious!
1. Peel your banana.
2. Cut it into small pieces and sprinkle cinnamon on top. (Optional,
but I love cinnamon!) Put the banana slices on a plate.
3. Put plate into the freezer. Freeze bananas for just 1-2 hours.
4. Remove plate from freezer and put the bananas into your food processor. Blend, blend, blend, occasionally scraping down the side of the processor bowl when they stick. It will take about 2 minutes of processing.
5. Watch your normal banana turn into ice cream without an ice cream maker!
