A tropical deviation of classic bread pudding.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9×13 glass baking dish. Slice bread into 1×1 inch cubes. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Then add milks, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and butter and mix well. Add banana and stir to incorporate. Stir in bread cubes until most of the liquid has soaked into the bread, then pour mixture into the baking dish. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
