Description

I always make this every year for Easter, and the pan always returns home empty.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 Oz.) Crushed Pineapple, Drained
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour
  • ¼ cups Cold Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×13 baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together pineapple, sugar, flour, water, eggs, and vanilla.

Pour into the baking dish.

Chop the butter into small pieces and dot the top of the mixture. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.

Bake for 1 hour.
