A quick, easy strawberry pie that leaves the crowd hungry for more. Raspberry Jello really brings a better flavor than strawberry Jello, and the graham cracker crust makes all the difference!! Make this today!
Combine water, sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and take off of heat as soon as it thickens. Stir in contents of Jello packet and mix well. Set mixture aside to cool. When it reaches room temperature, stir in strawberries, and pour mixture into pie shell.
Let pie sit overnight in the fridge, and top with Cool Whip before serving.
