The quickest tart ever.
First – apples must be washed, cored and diced. If the apples are too sour, sprinkle them with sugar and leave to sit till the batter is ready. (The quantity off apples depends on the size of the pan. I was using 40 cm x 33 cm).
So, let us start…
Heat the oven to 200 degrees C.
Mix all ingredients (eggs, sugar, kefiir, baking soda, salt and flour) well. Pour the created mass on a baking pan (I covered the pan with foil with a little baking oil on it – so it would easily come off ). Then arrange the apple slices on it. Sprinkle a little of sugar and put it in the preheated oven. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Dressing:
Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and cinnamon.
See if the tart mass is ready. If – yes, then take the pan out and cover the apple tart with dressing. Then put it back in the oven and cook more for about 5 minutes.
When it is ready, let it cool down a little.
Enjoy!!! Some say that the tart is even tastier the next day. Good luck!!!!
P.S. You can use rhubarb instead of apple.
