Description
This creamy and light dessert is also great to serve as a side dish for when company comes over!
Ingredients
- 2-3 Apples
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding
Preparation
Drain the can of crushed pineapple really well, otherwise this will turn out too soupy. I use the small can of pineapple. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package instructions. Combine with Cool Whip. Cut up apples (any kind) and mix in with pudding and Cool Whip. Last, add the crushed pineapple and stir together. Serve chilled. Delicious!

I would like to make this, but I need a little more clarification on the sizes of the pudding box, the pineapple can, and the Cool Whip (there are a few out there to choose from). Thanks!
