Oatmeal-topped Apple Crisp.
1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
2. Peel and slice apples (I use Ida Reds or a combination of similar apples); place in a large bowl. Add the cinnamon, flour and sugar. Pour into a 9×13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray (I prefer using a spray with flour).
3. For the oatmeal topping, mix together in large bowl(I reuse original bowl) the oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut butter into the mixture until it looks like peas. Put over the top of the apples.
4. Bake for 1 hour.
