Description

Mini apple pie bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • ⅜ cups Brown Sugar
  • ⅛ cups Flour
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg, To Taste
  • 4 whole Apples, Diced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Toss sugar mixture with the diced apples.

Cut pie crust into circles and place into a greased mini muffin tin. Fill each crust with the apple mixture and bake.

I honestly didn’t pay attention to how long it took to bake, but I know that it didn’t take long. Check on them after 10 minutes or so. They should just pop right out.
