This 4-ingredient strawberry frozen yogurt is a healthy, delicious, and easy frozen sweet treat!
Wash strawberries and remove the stems. Slice in half. Lay strawberries out evenly over a sheet of parchment paper and place into the freezer overnight or for at least 4–5 hours.
Add frozen strawberries, honey, yogurt, and lemon juice to a food processor. Process until creamy, about 5 minutes. You many need to scrape down the sides. If you find the strawberries are not fully blending, you can remove half and blend in batches and/or add a little water to help it along.
Test for sweetness, and add additional honey as needed. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 2–3 hours for harder consistency.
