Creamy bananas, smooth yogurt, and sweet peaches are all you need to make this gorgeous “ice cream” treat.
Purée bananas and yogurt using a food processor or blender. Stir in peaches. Pour into a small bowl or pan (I used a loaf pan). Place in freezer for 2–3 hours until completely frozen.
Once frozen, cut into large pieces and place in food processor. Purée until smooth. Scoop into bowls or cones and serve immediately. (If you find that it won’t scoop easily, allow the frozen purée to sit for a few minutes to thaw just a bit. )
