Flavorful and more healthy than regular versions- this bread is fluffy and delicious!
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure the brown sugar “lumps” are minimal.
2. Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
3. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry.
4. Dust the walnuts with flour and fold into the batter.
5. Pour the batter into 2 VERY WELL GREASED bread pans.
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
