Yummy pumpkin bread wonderful for fall/winter eating and gift giving!
Beat sugar, oil and eggs until creamy.
Add salt, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, baking soda, pumpkin puree, lemon extract, and hot water. Mix well.
Slowly add flour.
Grease a bundt pan or 2-3 loaf pans, add mixture and bake at 325 degrees for 55-65 minutes.
