Description

Eat this with some homemade jam.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • ⅓ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅔ cups Peanut Butter (preferably Natural)
  • 1-½ cup Milk

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add peanut butter and milk and stir until just combined.
3. Pour into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top. Bake for 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool completely. Slice and serve with homemade jam.

It was VERY crumbly, but still very moist and flavorful! I’m blogging about it now!

This came out just way to crumbly for me. We couldn’t cut it and eventually we just threw it in the compost.
