Just your basic beer bread, but with whole wheat flour. I played around with it a little bit, but this ratio is the best so far. I just use whatever beer I have on hand, even trashy light beer works well!
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
3. Spray a large loaf pan with pan spray.
4. Pour beer into dry mixture and stir until combined. The dough will be pretty thick and sticky.
5. Transfer dough into bread pan. You may need to spread it out a little bit with your hands.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
You can let this cool in the pan or you can take it out after about 10 minutes and start eating it like I do. It’s very good the next day toasted with peach jam.

Curious, does the yeast in the beer make the bread rise at all, or is it just the baking powder? I know whole grain bread is heavier than refined flour breads. How dense is this bread comparatively? Cool idea.
