With bananas, carrots and unsweetened applesauce, these muffins are both healthy and delicious!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix together mashed banana, carrots, eggs, applesauce and vanilla. Add sugar and mix well. Add flour, baking soda, and chocolate chips. Fill greased muffin tins ¾ full.
Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 24-30 muffins.
