Whole wheat muffins bursting with blueberries and strawberries.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add canola oil, milk, vanilla, and the egg; mix until combined. Fold in blueberries and strawberries. Pour into a muffin pan and top with a sprinkling of raw turbinado sugar.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
