These Two-Ingredient Bagels will make you say goodbye to the real thing. Made with only non-fat Greek yogurt and self-rising flour, this healthy and simple alternative will have you coming back for more.
Add yogurt and self-rising flour in a bowl. Knead until texture reaches dough-like consistency. Add more flour if very sticky.
Remove dough from bowl and shape into a ball. Divide into 3 to 4 pieces.
Roll each piece of dough into a rope. Form a circle with the rope and pinch the ends together to form bagles. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk 1 egg and brush egg wash on top of each bagel. Sprinklg with desired toppings.
Bake at 350ºF for 27 minutes, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
