Delicious and sweet, you’ll love this cornbread.
Mix the corn muffin mix, corn, eggs, sour cream, and sugar well. Melt butter in a baking pan. Pour batter into the pan. Bake at 350ºF approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.

This sounds really good , I like the added sour cream idea. Sounds like it would be moist and rich. I grew up on cornbread with just about everything but it was the old version….dry,gritty & delish with lots of butter !!
Next time I make a big pot of ham and beans ……I’m going to try this.
