A 2-ingredient sweet bread that will really surprise you!
Preheat your oven to 350 F.
In a medium bowl mix the ice cream and flour together until just combined. Scoop batter into a well greased 8×4 loaf pan and smooth out so the surface is even. Sprinkle the top with sugar to taste.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the center of the loaf comes out with a few crumbs stuck to it. Remove pan from oven and set it on a rack. After a few minutes, remove bread from the pan and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container or zip-top plastic bag.
