This bread is moist and so pretty! Makes a great gift for a teacher. The side of homemade cream cheese spread makes it over-the-top AMAZING!
Mix sugar, eggs, salt, flour, oil, and baking soda together. Drain thawed strawberries, reserving 1/2 cup of the strawberry juice. Then add the thawed and drained strawberries into the batter, mix well.
Bake in 2 loaf pans for 30-45 minutes at 350F. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
Mix the reserved strawberry juice with the softened cream cheese and serve with warm bread. Yum!
