A bread to make when the strawberries are ripe.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Sift dry ingredients (flour through sugar) together in a large bowl; make a well in center. Mix remaining ingredients together in another bowl and pour into the dry ingredients, stirring just enough to dampen.
Pour into two (9×5″) loaf pans and bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Check after 50 minutes. If top browns too quickly, make a tent with foil and cover it until done. Enjoy
