Description

Tastes like finger food pumpkin pies. Weird looking, but so so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour (heaping)
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 3 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cups Applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1 can Pure Pumpkin (15 Oz)
  • ½ cups Liquid Eggs (2 Eggs)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350º F and spray muffin pan (12 count) with cooking spray.
2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Make sure to break up any brown sugar lumps. Stir in applesauce, pumpkin and eggs.
3. Spoon batter equally into muffin pans.
4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into centers comes out clean.
5. Cool in pans for 8 minutes. Enjoy warm!
