This bread is FANTASTIC! So moist and with great flavor. Let the bread machine do all the hard work. Just make a loaf or rolls, do 1 more rise and bake.
Tastes great Sour Cream Swiss Steaks (see my recipe box).
Place ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended. Select the dough cycle and press start.
When machine beeps, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Use your fist to deflate. Then shape into 12 balls. Place side-by-side in a greased 9×13 pan and allow to rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Bake at 425ºF for 12 minutes. Brush with butter while hot.
Or if doing a loaf, bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
