So good they must be sinful, Cinnamon Strudel Raspberry Muffins.
Preheat oven to 425F.
1. Mix all the muffin batter ingredients (minus raspberries) in a bowl.Evenly divide batter among 12 greased or lined muffin cups.
2. Softly press 1/2 dozen small or 3-4 large raspberries into the batter until almost covered.
3. Bake for 16-19 minutes.
4. Mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping in one dish, and melt butter in a second dish.
5. Once muffins have cooled enough to touch, dip the tops in butter, and then in the sugar and cinnamon mix.
Makes 12 muffins.
