This wonderfully flavored bread is without yeast or a need to rise. You can have this delicious bread done in under an hour!
Note: If you do not have buttermilk, put 1 tablespoon of white vinegar in a large measuring cup then fill the cup to the 1 1/2 cups mark with milk. I tend to use non-fat milk and have no problems.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine the flours, baking soda, salt, garlic, rosemary and cheese.
With a wooden spoon, add in the milk and mix until just combined. Do not over mix.
Place dough on lightly floured surface and knead into a ball. Place dough on Silpat or parchment-lined baking sheet. With a sharp knife, cut an X in the top of the loaf.
Bake 40 minutes.

I made this for my bookclub meeting last night and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I used fresh reosemary, about 1 1/2 tsp and worked just fine.
