This mix stays in the fridge for up to 6 weeks, ready and waiting for you to scoop, bake, and enjoy warm muffins anytime you desire them! Raisin Bran and buttermilk are the stars in this great morning treat.
Cream together butter, sugar, and 4 eggs. Add buttermilk. Add cereal. Sift together remaining ingredients and add to mixture until moist.
Bake as many as you want for one meal at 400 for 15-20 min. in greased or paper-lined muffin tins.
Mix will keep in refrigerator 6 weeks!

I am going to make these right now!
My fiancee LOVES bran muffins, but I dont always have time to make them. This will be perfect to keep in the fridge! I am so excited! haha
