Delicious banana bread made healthier with added quinoa!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray loaf pans. I used 3 mini loaf pans but you could use 1 egular-sized loaf pan.
Measure dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together. In another bowl. mix eggs, bananas, sugar, and butter. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir in quinoa.
Bake for 45–50 minutes. If using a large pan, add 10 minutes.
