These Perfect Cornbread Muffins are made from the best cornbread recipe. Simple, sweet, and easy they are great served with soups and stews.
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, stir melted butter, milk, and eggs.
Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until batter just comes together. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 350ºF for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Serve warm.
Note: This recipe can be used to make mini muffins (bake 12–15 minutes) or in a 9-inch square baking dish (bake 30–35 minutes).
