Delicious muffins bursting with the sunny taste of passion fruit.
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, beat together the egg, the butter and the yogurt.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. Add the flesh of the passion fruits and the chocolate chips and stir until just combined again.
5. Pour the mixture into the paper cases and bake for 25 minutes or until golden.

Do you separate the seeds from the passion fruit pulp? I’m guessing you must, otherwise it would be kinda crunchy!
