Orange Cranberry Bread is a simple but yummy (and beautiful) bread. It’s great for holidays with your morning coffee.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Grate peel from orange and squeeze 1/2 cup juice. Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs, butter, orange peel, and juice. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture. Fold in cranberries and walnuts. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.

This is baking in my oven right now! I doubled the amounts and put it in the mini loaf pans. It was enough batter to fill 5 of them! It smells darn good, so I’m hoping it tastes equally as good
