My Mom’s famous popovers—easy, but impressive.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine flour, salt, and milk in a mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition. Pour into a greased pan (my pan is nonstick and it still sticks if I don’t grease it). I use canola oil and it works just fine.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
This recipe makes 6 popovers, so if your pan makes more, just double it. Enjoy!

This is identical to a pop-over recipe that I’ve had for a while now, and is by far the most consistently successful one I’ve ever tried.
