My mom always made this when zucchini is in season. I take it to work and it is gone in no time.
1. Beat eggs well.
2. Add sugar and beat well.
3. Add oil slowly while beating.
4. Add vanilla.
5. Add dry ingredients.
6. Add zucchini.
7. Blend well.
8. Place in 2 greased pans.
9. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.

This recipe seems to have an error – maybe in the amounts? It did not turn out!
