Light, fluffy little muffins full of juicy strawberries and mini chocolate chips. Delicious and healthy, too!
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together the sugars, yogurt and egg until completely combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just combined. Gently mix in the strawberries and chocolate chips.
Fill the muffin tin with batter, dividing evenly between the 24 muffin cups. Bake for 15 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
