Description

Don’t you just love monkey bread? The sweet cinnamon goodness combined with soft warm bread. Delicious! I love that these are “individual” little monkey breads.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • ¾ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Pecans, Chopped
  • 1 can (10-count) Cinnamon Rolls

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray 8 cups of a muffin pan with cooking spray.

Melt butter and stir into brown sugar and pecans. Evenly spoon this mixture into the 8 muffin tins. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each of the rolls into 4 pieces. Place 5 pieces of the cinnamon roll in each cup.

Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. They should be golden brown when done. Let cool slightly and then remove from muffin tin.
