Easy, rich, yummy mini danishes using refrigerated crescent rolls.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Mix softened cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Unroll crescent dough and close seams. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Roll the dough into a log, long side to long side. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Slice chilled rolls into approximately 1-inch pinwheels. Place on a greased pan and bake for 10–15 minutes.
